Questions about this engagement

Yes. For a working session, the free call is optional - it helps us arrive prepared. If you'd rather skip it, say so when you book and we'll note it.

We will. One hour is a real unit of work. If the problem is bigger, we'll say so and scope a follow-up. We don't run over time without asking.

Yes. Up to three people on the call is fine at the standard rate. For larger teams, the Team Workshop is designed for that.
