Yes. The retainer is billed monthly in advance. Cancel before the next billing date and nothing more is charged. No contracts, no minimums.

Email or a shared Slack channel - your choice. We answer within one working day. Questions that need more than 30 minutes of work become a sprint item, and we'll tell you that when it happens.
